What counts as a guest submission?
A guest submission is counted each time a visitor fills out your captive portal form. Returning guests who have already submitted are not counted again within the same billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits will be prorated.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time $49 setup fee which covers initial configuration and onboarding. This fee is waived if you choose an annual billing plan.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Absolutely! For organizations with unique requirements, we offer custom plans with tailored features, dedicated infrastructure, and SLA guarantees. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Authorize.Net. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing and ACH payments.
